Lyn and Malcolms Garden Blog
July 2018

July 28th
A very hot and dry month, with a maximum here of 31.5c
A lot of watering every day, becomes a bit of a chore.
A lot of the plants are flowering early, and not holding their flowers for so long.
Having said that, there are more flowers on the plants this year, no doubt because of the cold Spring.

Here are a few of the 620 pictures I have taken in the garden this month.

Hemerocallis 'Mallard'

Anomatheca laxa

'Large Skipper' Butterfly

Eryngium bourgatii 'Graham Stuart Thomas'

Clematis texensis 'Princess Kate'

Lantana

Brimstone Butterfly on a Tithonia Torch

Comma Butterfly

Clematis integrifolia 'Pamiat Serdtsa'

Lilium 'Scarlet delight'

Plumbago 'Dark Form'

Phlox paniculata 'Eva Cullum'
