January 11th

About half of Lyn's garden has been pruned down now, we also have the Clematis to prune.
When finished cutting down and dividing any perennials, we will then top dress the beds.
Seed sowing in the propagator will wait till some time in February, so we don't have to keep the new plants for so long, before the warmer weather arrives.

Just a few plants with a couple of flowers on at the moment.

Ipheion uniflorum 'Charlotte Bishop'

Clematis anshunensis or 'Winter Beauty'

Echium fastuosum buds forming on the plants in the greenhouse, unfortunately they flower too early for our open days.

Snowdrops peeking through.

And in the conservatory a Bougainvillea glabra 'Sanderiana' doing well in the cool conservatory, only kept to about +8c
