Lyn and Malcolms Garden Blog
April 2019

April 24th

I haven't posted any updates for a while, but am back for the late Spring and Summer into Autumn.
The gardens are doing well, after a relatively mild winter.
As usual Lyn's garden has had a lot of Spring colour, some of which you can see in the pictures below.
A lot goes on here in early Spring, top dressing Lyn's garden, painting fences, repotting many plants in pots.
Raising seeds for the garden and allotment, power washing paths etc.
We have used about 20, 75 litre bags of multipurpose compost and 20 bags of John Innes.

I have now taken down most of the temporary shelters, for some of my tender plants.
And a few plants have been taken out of the conservatory, more to follow later.
The Dahlias in pots have been stood out in the sunshine that we have had over Easter.
We have a visit to us from a German tour company in mid June, so we try to get the plants into growth, as early as possible.
Hopefully to get some colour in the Exotic garden.
